Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh My Name is Tasya Rahmanisa and i’m from Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, accounting majors I’m here to explain a little about the communist system in the economy A communist economic system is an economic system where, in theory, economic decisions are made by the community as a whole. In reality, however, attempts to establish communism have ended up creating state-driven authoritarian economies and regimes which benefit single party political elite who are not accountable to the people or community. Communist theory was developed by a German philosopher in the 1800s named Karl Marx. He thought that the only way to have a harmonious society was to put workers in control. In States which have a communistic system, private property and private enterprise are reduced to a minimum. They exist, but are limited to a small area of the economy. Karl Marx conceived of a world in which there would be no private property whatsoever. Communism in theory states that all property should belong to the State. The important thing about the communist system is its central planning. The State organizes the whole economic effort of the nation. A central authority with complete power decides what goods and services wil be produced. The authority decides what quantities of goods will be produced, and also controls their quality, deciding how they will be distributed what prices will be charged for them Until now, countries that still adhered to the ideology of communism, were People’s Republic of China North Korea Cuba *sorry I was wrong in pronunciation*
